Open Question: My eyes just did something worrisome…?

About an hour ago, I was watching TV, I was in my head this strange feeling, I feel like things will start, but then a sudden dizziness over my eyes, not all outstanding. I feel panic. Eventually it clean. I have a small problem, no big but I have not been feeling well all day. I have diabetes (type 2) is it? What could this be? Dad did not take me to the emergency room. Should I insist? Please, do not laugh if it does not matter, I am very worried.
