Open Question: My mother is a diabetic and has serious case of the FLU?

She hasn't been out of bed one day, I have a bird flu two weeks ago, I guess she was from me. I get self-examination, and get a better medicine. But now my mother refused to see a doctor, she was a bad physical pain, and has diareaha last night. When should I start to worry about it? She-I diabetes
